We also assist with salary negotiations and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition. Our goal is to engage candidates with your opportunity and help you build your team quickly and effectively.

We take a $500 deposit to begin a search and start meeting candidates. This deposit is applied to your final recruiting fee.




When an offer is signed by your future team member, we charge a one time fee equal to 20-30% of the year 1 salary depending on the role, how many hires you make, and what's currently in our pipeline.
