Samuel Korgi, Founder

Hi Everyone, I'm Samuel or SK. I am a native of the Piedmont city of Atlanta, and the Founder of Hire-Harvest, a Nearshoring Talent Agency.

I’m currently based in South America, following a 4-year tenure at Accenture, where I worked across the Information Technology consulting, sales, and commercial strategy space within both large enterprises and startups. During my time there, I had the opportunity to collaborate closely with startups and innovation-driven teams, helping them scale through digital transformation and talent strategy.

With 6 years of experience in tech and consulting,  I’ve developed a strong interest in how the right people can shape a company’s growth trajectory. That’s what led me to launch Hire Harvest—born from a long-standing engagement within the talent and workforce space and a desire to help teams scale more efficiently and effectively.

I see Nearshoring not just as a cost play, but as a strategic lever to build agile, resilient teams, looking to move fast without compromising on quality.

Hi, I’m Chuck — I lead operations at Hire Harvest as Chief Operating Officer, based out of Atlanta.

Before stepping in, I worked with one of the top recruiting agencies in the U.S., helping hundreds of fast-growing companies find the overseas talent they needed to scale. That experience taught me not just how to build strong teams, but how the right people can transform a business.

At Hire Harvest, I focus on the big picture: growth strategy, partnerships, operations, and making the kinds of decisions that shape where we’re headed next. I’m here to make sure we’re building something that lasts — for our clients, our talent, and our team.

Hi there, I’m Lina! For the past 8 years I’ve been connecting people, purpose, and opportunity. I’m excited to be supporting Hire Harvest on the recruiting side; helping high-growth teams scale with top-tier talent across Latin America.

Throughout my career, I’ve recruited across tech, marketing, and operational roles, partnering with startups, SaaS companies, and agencies in both local and global markets. I’ve worked in both agency and in-house environments, leading full-cycle hiring, training sourcing teams, and building efficient, scalable recruitment processes from scratch.

But what sets my work apart is my belief in building real relationships with both clients and candidates alike. I take the time to truly understand the companies I support, which allows me to find not just someone who can do the job, but someone who thrives in their environment. I also believe that clear communication and aligned expectations are the foundation for every great hire.
